Larry Moore

Lead Pastor

Meet Larry

I grew up in a small town in Ontario called Coboconk. I didn’t go to church until I was in my teens after I received Christ into my life. I went to elementary school in my town, high school in Fenelon Falls and Bible College in Lindsay. Before I was involved in the church, my focus would be on going to our cottage on the weekend to hang out, snowmobile or fish and swim, depending on the season. I played hockey into my late teen’s as well.

I’m married to Sandra and we have 4 boys: Adam, Greg, Luke and Daniel, all who are grown with jobs, and 2 of which who are married with kids. We have a total of 5 granddaughters after having 4 boys. We also have a dog named Gracie. I enjoy my days off with Sandra doing errands, going out to eat, and working around the house. My hobbies would include general maintenance and landscaping around our house, tinkering in the garage and working towards our goal of renovations on our house.
I love Jesus, I love His Church, I love Sandra my wife, my 4 boys and their spouses and children. I love steak, I love watching the Toronto Maple Leafs when they are winning, I love to travel to new places and explore them, I love cruises.
I love serving as Lead Pastor at RAC because I know He has directed me to do this. Since arriving, I’ve had a sense of Him directing me like a strong current in a river since coming to Regina. I love to see growth and discipleship in the church, I love to see people saved and baptized, I love to see healings and the gifts being used, I love to see people released into their gifting as in Ephesians 4. I love RAC!

Bill Hambley

Church Administrator

Meet Bill

My home town was Orillia, Ontario but we’ve lived in a number of communities in Ontario and Alberta before settling in Regina.
We’ve been attending RAC since 2015.
My career was in Retail Management and I spent many years working with Staples and Walmart (among others) prior to retiring.
Glenda I have been married for 40 years this year, we have 2 married kids, and 3 grandchildren.
I love to ride my motorcycle, and I serve as Chapter Chaplain with the Christian Motorcyclist Association here in Regina.
I also enjoy photography, especially working with film and chemistry in the darkroom.
I’m excited that the Lord has led me to serve in the role of Church Administrator.  It’s an opportunity that combines some of my work skills with service in ministry.

Carolyn Ward

Elementary Director

Meet Carolyn

Carolyn was born & raised in Winnipeg and came to Saskatchewan to attend Briercrest Bible College, and never really went home again. Carolyn and her family started attending RAC in 2014, and in 2017 she joined the staff as the Elementary Director, because God said, “Here – this is what’s next for you.”

HOMELIFE:
Carolyn and Sean’s social life is 90% going to Nolan’s soccer games & practices. She has a shop on Etsy where she sells the fun stuff she sells (check it out at aliceandvictor.etsy.com), and the rest of the time, she’s reading.

CAROLYN LOVES:
Books & Reading
Celebrating her birthday (March 8th!)

Road Trips

Camping

WHY SHE LOVES BEING THE ELEMENTARY MINISTRY:
Having the chance to teach the love of Jesus and watch the roots of faith grow deeper. Being able to watch the kids grow up and out of elementary and continue to grow in their faith and come back to serve! Working with awesome teams of volunteers who get the vision of discipling kids. And the silliness!

Facilities Director

Meet Dave

Grew up in Regina. Attended the church from birth. I was employed with Weston Bakeries for 29 years and was the plant manager. I was then the service manager for a couple of local service companies before taking the role of Building Manager for the Church & Storie Manor.

I’m Married, one daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. We spend summer weekends at the lake. Spending time with family is my hobby.

Love to work with my hands and helping to see things improved and working with our facilities team. It’s a pleasure to assist in ensuring that ministries in the church have all they need from a facilities standpoint to be successful.

Amie Lewis

Communications Director

Meet Amie

I grew up on a farm south of Moose Jaw.  In my teen years we attended Hillcrest Church in Moose Jaw. I said YES to following Jesus at Kedleston Gospel Camp when I was 7.

I have been married since for 28 years to my high school sweetheart. We have 3 children, 2 in college and 1 in High School. We spend our summers serving at Kedleston Camp and spending as much time at the beach and on the water as we can.

Prior to working at the church I spent 15 years teaching cooking classes and cooking for large groups of people.  Food and gathering people around our table is a passion of mine.

I enjoy my role at the church because I love seeing people engage in their faith and share it with their friends through social media.
